About the Role
Tri-Town Dental is looking for a skilled and reliable Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Cold Lake, Alberta. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate start available for the right candidate. You'll work chairside supporting a range of procedures — from routine preventive care to advanced restorative and surgical dentistry — in a clinic equipped with CBCT imaging, digital scanning, and in-house 3D printing.
Pay is $30–$38/hour based on experience, scope of practice, reliability, and overall fit with our team. We work Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts.
What You'll Do
- Provide chairside assistance for preventive, restorative, surgical, and cosmetic procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and sterilization protocols
- Support patients with clear, compassionate communication before and during treatment
- Assist with digital X-rays, CBCT imaging, and intraoral scanning
- Coordinate with the front desk and hygiene team to keep the schedule running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in Alberta
- Strong sterilization and infection-control practices
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a busy clinical environment
- Clear communicator who puts patients at ease
- Comfortable with digital dental technology (training provided where needed)
